Michael leads the Go Daddy Information Technology Operations Center. His teams are accountable for Event, Incident, and Problem Management activities that exist to support the availability of Go Daddy’s 30,000+ systems. The ONLY goal of the group is supporting positive outcomes for our customers by ensuring that Go Daddy’s services are always available and always working.
Since joining Go Daddy in 2008 as a Senior Network Engineer, Michael has helped build and support a number of IT Service Management initiatives.
Prior to joining Go Daddy Michael managed the national IT infrastructure for one of the largest automotive dealership chains in the United States and brings over 15 years of broad IT experience to Go Daddy.
While not monitoring Go Daddy’s system, Michael enjoys reading books on ITSM best practices, ancient history, economic theory, and classical literature.
